ANTI-RECIDIVISM COALITION

The Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) is a Los Angeles-based non-profit organization founded by Scott Budnick. ARC is a support network for formerly incarcerated individuals and advocates for criminal justice reform and its mission is to reduce incarceration, improve the outcomes of formerly incarcerated individuals, and to build healthier communities.

Former Executive Director, Shaka Senghor created ARC Creatives, a new initiative to focus on formerly incarcerated women to write and star in their own stories in order to heal and transform their experiences. Christina had the honor and privilege to spend time with these women to produce their short films. (See the trailers below.)
